What is KYBELLA®?
KYBELLA® is the first and only injectable approved by the FDA for “double chin.” It works by permanently destroying fat cells under the chin for a gradually improved profile-whether you have a moderate amount of fullness or a bit more.
How KYBELLA® Works
Synthetic Deoxycholic Acid is the active ingredient in KYBELLA®, and it’s a natural molecule that aids the body in the breakdown and absorption of dietary fat cells. Once it is injected into the fat beneath the chin, KYBELLA® actively destroys fat cells and leaves you with a noticeably reduction in fullness under the chin. Once you reach your desired goal, which might take more than one treatment, KYBELLA® stops these cells from storing or accumulating fat, so further treatment sessions aren’t expected.
